Jenna Jameson Shares Her Tips for Starting the Keto Diet: 'Be Positive and Visualize Success!'



Starting with the keto diet means changing your thinking and your pantry, according to Jenna Jameson.

The 44-year-old former adult movie star managed to drop a whopping 80 pounds on the high-fat, low-carbohydrate plan and shared her tips on starting the keto diet on Instagram.

Jameson said that being in the right head space is the first step.

"I think my most frequent question is 'Where do I start with keto?'" He wrote on Sunday. "First, get close to your mind! Be positive and visualize success!

Then, Jameson said that people should clean their kitchen.

"Get rid of everything with hidden sugars and all the unpleasant processed garbage you've been poisoning yourself with," he said. "By the way, I see sugar as a poison; It helps me to refuse to eat it!

And finally, the mother of three said it's time to go to the grocery store.

"I suggests Whole Food or Traders Joe's," he said. "They do not carry so much highly processed junk food that they can tempt you, buy organic and grass, invest in your interior! If you are buying from a regular supermarket, I suggest you buy the perimeter of the store and never the corridors. is that if it's a complete food, not a mixture of chemicals, that's what God wanted you to eat! "



I have officially lost 80 lbs. 👀. I’m going to give a little updated menu because it’s my most requested thing ever! Wake up at 8- have 2 Nescafé coffees with sugar free creamer and sweetener. 11 am I make 3 scrambled eggs with basil cheese I get from Costco (in a block) I share them with Batelli. I then put Batel down for her nap at 1:30 and I snack on cottage cheese and have a fresca. Batel wakes up around 3:30 and I make her lunch. Yes, I make her carbs lol she isn’t keto. I usually make myself a HUGE bowl of arugula salad with vinaigrette dressing and LOTS of Parmesan cheese. Then at about 5 I grill myself a big ribeye steak with asparagus broiled in avocado oil. Then my fast begins! So many people ask if I count macros or check if I’m in ketosis and the answer is no. I just eat sensibly and intuitively. Also I get asked about “snacks”. My advice is stop snacking. Results come from work. It’s hard, but baby it’s SO worth it! Jameson revealed that she hit 80 pounds. Down on November 5, about seven months after starting the keto diet. The program was a last attempt to lose the baby's weight after giving birth to her daughter Batel Lu in April 2017.

"I took the photo on the right for a positive post for the body I was going to make and decided not to do it because I felt something less than positives," he wrotes in anothers before and after the post. "Now I have a little less than four months in the #ketodiet and not only gives me physical results, I feel happier, smarter and much more confident".

And Jameson told his followers on Sunday that following the keto diet becomes easier over time.

"Once you get into the eating routine, #keto becomes second nature!" He said.
